UCC28950 unused terminal correct configration

Hi,

Now I will use UCC28950 with SiC module for DC/DC buck converter.

In H-bridge architecture, we don't use Pin#17,Pin#18 which is OUTE and OUTF.

So what is correct pin configration.

pull-down, pull-up,VCC/GND short or open?

Pls let me know correct one if you know.
