Hello,

While trying to diagnosis with the EV2300 why the bq20z65-R1in the battery pack (4S4P) blew the chemical fuse (PF), I get always the same error message when trying to issue a read command:

SMB Read Word Error

Error Code: SMB Terminated: VB_T2H_UNKNOWN


Does anyone know what this mean?

I suspect the bq20z65 blew the fuse because of some error on temperature sensing, but I gues I have to go to "Full Access" mode before I can clear flags and find out why they set on again.
