TPS51220A / VREG3,VREG5,VREF2

i use TPS51220A for power , vout to 3.3V and 5V

vin is about 12V

i have some trouble

1. when vin is supplied, VREG3 is on, but voltage is 3.7V~3.8V , it seems to over spec 3.3V

2. when EN is to 3.3V, no power on VREG5 and VREF2,

for above two points, it seems TPS51220A not working normally

could you help to give me some suggestion

Jerry,

It looks the chip works abnormally. Is this a new desgin? Did you test more boards or more chips to compare? is the result the same? thanks.

ya, it looks like chip issue, i change the other chip and works normally
