Very slow and high Vin ramp problem for TPS54335A

Customer's one of evaluating TPS54335A;

When 24Vin ranp up is very slowly (a few second by DC power supply), the device was broken.

(Vout: 5V, Iout: 1.5A)

I think that cause is EN floating, is this correct?

Is there measure other than SVS⇒EN connection?
