bq76PL455EVM GUI software required

My company has a bq76PL455EVM board that I need to evaluate. However we do not have the GUI SW required to test it. How can get this software? I tried to download it from www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware . However the file that is downloaded is not an executable file(it does not have any extension at all). Please help.
