TPS53515 VDD and VIN pin use

Hi

I'm developing a PCIe card and I want to use the TPS53515 to power a processor.

On PCIe connector the power voltages available are 3.3V (3A) and 12V (0.5A). I can't use the 12V

power for TPS53515 and I like to connect the 3.3V to VIN pin and the 12V to VDD pin.

I don't know the power-up ramp for the 3.3V and 12V on PCIe connector.

Is it possible to connect VDD and VIN pin to different power rail?
