Hi,
My customer consider to achieve the solution to multiple the power from multiple VBUS as below. Please give your advice about the device or solution to achieve this configuration.

Hi Sonoki,
It looks like you may be looking for three load switches which can be used in parallel to drive the same load. Any of our load switches are capable of doing this, assuming that each VBUS is very close to 5V (to prevent reverse current). For a small solution size, three TPS22915C devices (WCSP) can be used. For a plastic package, one dual channel TPS22968 and one single channel TPS22975 can be used.
Out of curiosity, what is the application here?
Thanks,
Alek Kaknevicius
Hi Alek,
Thank you for your advice. I'd like to simulate this circuit with load switches however the devices you recommended do not have TINA-TI model. Can you also present other load switch which has TINA-TI model?
At this point, there is no actual target application because my customer is just under development phase.
Best Regards,
Sonoki
Hi Sonoki,
The TPS22965 has the same functionality as the TPS22975, except the TPS22975 has thermal shutdown protection. The TINA-TI model for the TPS22965 can be found here:
