Hello everybody,
we have created a electronic board that uses the LM53635MQRNLTQ1 to get 3V3 from 12V as input. The maximum output current required is the 1A. I attach the schematic of the circuit.
It has to be some error in the schematic because the dc/dc is not working. We can not see even the 3V15 from the internal LDO of the device when we connect the power supply (12V).
I have checked the 4 units that we have and it happens the same in all of them. There is no short circuits and we have replaced the component for a new one just in case so far. In this moment we don't know what to do.
Please, could you help me with this problem?
