Hi, I'm currently doing a project on active battery management systems and I have been doing some reading on the EM1401 and EM1402 evaluation boards. In order to get a better understanding of these boards, I am reading the datasheets for the different components on these boards. While reading the datasheet for the EMB1499Q (bidirectional current dc/dc controller IC) I have come across a circuit diagram showing how the system is connected to the bidirectional forward converter. I am having a bit of difficulty understanding the operation of this converter. Can someone provide an explanation?
