TPS54821 Question on connecting EN to UCD9090

Hello Team,

I have a question from a cusotmer...For EN on devices like your TPS54821 when EN is an internal current source a pull down cannot be used.   I assume for these EN I use the FPWM pin so the output is ALWAYS low until the UCD9090 enables it.  Can you confirm? 

Question is: can we actively drive TPS54821’s enable pin to 3.3V to enable the device?
