LM2676SD-ADJ/NOPB NC PINS to GND

We are using the TI part LM2676SD-ADJ/NOPB (VSON package).

We want to know if we should connect the NC (No Connect) pins to ground for thermal purpose.

Is it OK to do that?

Input is 28V with 8V output on one design.

Input is 28V with 5V output on second design. 2A output for both design.

Is there an evaluation board using this VSON package?

If that exist, can you please send us the schematic and board file using the VSON package.

Yes; connecting the NC pins and DAP to ground is correct for good heat-sinking.

Unfortunately, we do not have a EVM for that package.

Is the NC pin 5 internally connected to anything and would it be ok to route the ground for vout under it?

Pin 5 is floating; no connection internally.
