BQ studio v1.3.52 - Cannot export data

Since we have installed BQ v1.3.52 several strange problems are disappeared. but now we have a new one with the export auf data.

If we try to export (save data file on local PC) we get a error message."Failed to execute runable" see attached screen shot pdf.

Hi FraG,

1. If you have multiple instances of bqstudio running, close them.

2. Restart bqstudio and try exporting data again. If that doesn't work, try exporting a gm.fs or srec and send it to me.

Also what device are you using?

Thanks for the fast answer.

We use bq34Z100G1 Battery Fuel Gauge.

I get this error too. For me it seems that if bqStudio is running for a longer time (many hours/several days) exporting data is not (always) possible any longer. If i close bqStudio and start it again exporting works fine. Seems like it is a bug in bqStudio.
