TPS7A3301KC footprint

Hi,

I am designing with TPS7A3301KC, and I can't understand the correct footprint......

The documents of "CAD/CAE symbols" told me there is " 1 row " :

●●●●●

but the EVM board use like " 2 row" pins:

 ●  ●
● ● ●

Which kind will I get when I buy from mouser?

Thanks.

  • Hi Cafemax!

The device has it's pins in one row, but you are right, the EVM uses two. But it is 7 pins, not 5, four in it's original position and 3 bend to the back of the package. There are no different kinds for the KC package, all pins will be in one row. If you want them seperated to two rows for easier routing/soldering you have to do it on your own.
