Dear Sir:

Application: E-Bus BMS for active battery balance.

Battery configuration is 14S (48V) and will change battery to 7S(24V).

We saw EM1401EVM BOM list for T2 and T3 Forward Transformer part no. is Wurth Elektronik 750311492.

But we can't get any information for the part no.750311492 on Wurth Elektronik website.

Please provide EM1401EVM T2 and T3 Forward Transformer specification and supplier information.

We saw EMB1499 datasheet page 15 to get Transformer Selection.

If we modify battery configuration from 14S (48V) to 7S (24V). Transformer turns ratio is 1.75:1 and minimum primary inductance is 95uH.

Could you have EM1401 Transformer design tool to us calculate it?

Or Wurth Elektronik have the transfomer can meet 24V battery setting.

The spec for the transformation is attached. The primary is designed to support 16 - 60V.

I serched the website of Wurth Elektronik with 750311492 part number.
But I can't get any order information.
750311492 transformer is standard product?
Or you have another transformer source that can provide to us?
We expect to select the existing standard product Transformer rather than customization one to reducing our development cost.

Unfortunately, I do not know of a catalog transformer that is available. You could work with your local vendors to source a similar transformer (spec attached).

You could also try the Sumida type #: CEFD2010; spec #: 00399-T113.

I was also looking for the part number of this transformer and came across your post.
Did you find the part number? Or did you find another transformer of a same/different manufacturer with similar specifications that fits the application?
