HI,

What is the most preferred solution in tps65950 for a simple headset button? While pressing Headset button, it sets HSMIC_P to GND.

Is it possible to “detect button pressing” this inside of TSP65950 using microphone input?
Should I use GPIO or ADCIN7 to detect VHSMIC as a high stage and GND as a low stage?

Hi Tommi,

The microphone input for the TPS65950 will not detect a headset button, so an external monitor is necessary.
Between an ADC or a GPIO, I think it would be easiest to implement an active low interrupt on a spare GPIO.
