Our customer consider to use TPS1H100-Q1 at 5V.Circuit is attached.
In this case,they would like to add GND network.
They found BAS21-7-F for Dgnd on TPS1H100-Q1 Evaluation Module (EVM).
But this Vf of this diode is large for 5V application.TPS1H100-Q1.pdf
So they consider to find small vf part. They found RB021VAM90.
Please give us your comment this part can be used or not ? If you have other recommend diode,please let us know.
