Hi Ti Folks,

Good day to you.

I am looking for a buck-boost from 2.9~4.5V (one cell Li-Polymer Battery) input to 3.3V output solution, typical output current is 1.5Amp, and in certain time the surge current is 5.1Amp in 2~3 msec time.

Is it possible to use two piece of TPS63021DSJR to parallel the output for one channel 3.3V?

No, they cannot be easily paralleled. As well, please see the TPS630250 which is higher power, more efficient, and smaller.

If you are powering something like a GSM, usually capacitance is used to buffer the required energy.
