I have a question about RT pin.

In the data sheet, RT pin connected to the VIN.

However, RT pin is "7V" at Absolute Maximum Ratings.

VIN = 55V, the RT pin is ok to connect to VIN? In that case, whether the RT pin is pull-down inside?

Hi Kishi,

RT pin is connected to VIN through a resistor of relatively high value. This should prevent RT pin from going above abs max as there is some current being sunk by the LM5085 at this pin.

In the case of RT = 41kΩ, it is about 3V in the data sheet.

However, the 1.85V in the simulation of TINA-TI.

Will simulation result is not correct?
