Hello, I am currently working with the regulator and I have or design setup to match the fig. 29 in the datasheet. The "Typical application design". My input is 5V, for the output resistors I have a 10k and 3.17k resistor . My output voltage is 1.29V and I cannot distinguish why the voltage is low. I do not have the input capacitor installed yet for decoupling, but I did not believe that would effect the output.
