Can I use it with +3.3V Vds in a voltage to current converter?

    Hello Minglai,

    I believe that the CSD23381F4 FemtoFET is covered by the NexFET group. They would be able to best answer specific questions about applying the device. However, based on the CSD23381F4 datasheet specifications it does look like it would be useable in a +3.3 V voltage-to-current application, in conjunction with a  low-voltage op amp.

    Yes this should be fine but you need to make sure you consider the voltage range and current accuracy spec.

    NexFET is the name for all FETs from TI, FemtoFET is a particular package of a NexFET MOSFET. The FemtoFET has no plastic surrounding it and is a wafer level package with an LGA (Land Grid Array) pcb interface.
