I use this circuit made by TI Webench.

I use 11.1V 30C 1300mAh battrey.

The spec of battery as follow.

●This Li-poly battery features high efficient and high discharge, use a inspection machine to match packs, suitable for MR25 series and other professional model airplanes, cars, and guns.
●Max Continuous Discharge: 30C(39A), Burst Discharge: 40C(52A). Normal operating temperature is approx. 40-65°C(within 80% of rated discharge). Max. temperature: 80°C.
●Recommend to discharge the battery within 80% of rated discharge, keep 95% capacity when over 100 cycles, keep 90% capacity when over 150 cycles.(The cycle life and efficiency will reduce due to high current, high temperature and over-discharge)

When i connect the battrey to LMR12010, the LMR12010 was smoking and LMR12010 was broken.

Is battery too storng to apply LMR12010?

It is not clear from your schematic what your output voltage is and load ?

Are you using an external supply for BOOT ?

Be sure that you do not have long wires running from the battery to the input of the module; you may get voltage ringing and overshoot that can damage the device.

This is my schematic of power supply parts.

When the regulator was burn, There is no load.

I use 7.6V, 5.6V for LED, 3.3V for MCU, ADCs.

I using the battery and 5.1V 350mW zenor diode with 1K series resister supply for BOOT.

My wire of battery is about 15cm. Is it damage to the device?

You mention that you have a Zener for the BOOT input. However, on the schematic above you are connecting the BOOT to VIN with a diode?

This will not work, since the BOOT can not stand more than 5.5V.

You should follow something like figure 23 or 24 in the data sheet.

Actually this is my recent schematic.

Vboost is supplied 5.1V by zenor diode.

The circuit well work when supply by DC power supply.

But, When Bettery suppling, the IC is burn.

I don't know reason of this case.

It could be that there is a transient on the input voltage when you plug in the battery. This could happen if you have long wires from the battery to the regulator. You may need an Al. input cap to help damp out any ringing. Something like a 100uF or so might help.

In addition to what Frank suggests, your placement of C35 and C30 with respect to D14 and D15 will also matter. The respective input caps and catch diodes should share the same ground plane and be as close as possible to each other. Please send us your layout images.

Thanks, I try to change input cap.
The increase of cap have an effect on increasing ripple of output voltage?
