What is the maximum acceptable Junction Temperature,  Junction-to-case Thermal Resistance (Theta -JC) and Junction-to-ambient Thermal Resistance (Theta - JA) of the following devices

1) LMZ31710

2) LMZ31530

3) LMZ31704

    Hello,
    The datasheets for the devices list the thetaJA and the max operating junction temperature in the "Thermal Information" and the "Absolute Maximum Ratings" tables respectively. Unfortunately we do not have the ThetaJC numbers listed. You could potentially use the thetaJA numbers along with your operating condition to back calculate the thetaJC values. I hope this helps.

    Additionally, refer to the safe operating area (SOA) curves in the Typical Characterization section of the datasheet. Operating below the maximum ambient temperature, as shown in the SOA curves, ensures that the maximum junction temperature of any component inside the module is never exceeded.
