Is V_Ref the V_FB? There's nothing in TPS62140, TPS62130, TPS62150 that indicates what V_Ref is. I'm assuming it is.

Yes, Vref is 800 mV as described in the paragraph above equation 6.

As well, you might take a look at the TPS62135 which offers higher output current, smaller size, and much better output accuracy.
