The Firmware is not suppored the samsung inr18650-32E.

What should we do?

We have not characterized that cell. You can either leave the ChemID set to the default value or you can collect log data and use the online GPCCHEM tool to try to find a match to the cell and use that ChemID.

Those will be the two options to choose a chemistry to use with the bq78350-R1. The gauge only uses the chemistry data when cells are first attached or if the device is reset, so it should be okay to leave it at the default value.
