Spice model of TPS76433

I am looking for the Spice model of TPS76433 LDO regulator. I would like to do transient analysis of this model specifically the load transient.

Hi Mohd,

The TPS764 family of devices released before modeling was common place on LDOs. We do not currently have a model for this family of devices.

Please note that there are EVMs available which can be adapted to test your application conditions.

Thanks for your info.

So, if I use the TPS76XXX EVM, I will be able to test TPS764 and TPS763 right?

In that case, I can simulateTPS763 in TINA-TI using TPS763 Spice model available from TI.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi Mohd,

You are correct that TPS76xxxEVM-125 can be used to evaluate both families of LDOs.

TPS763 does have spice models available that you can use to simulate that family.
