Hello ,

Can you please answer following queries.I am using 3.7V,1050AHr Li-On Battery and battery management studio software for configuration of BQ25890.

  1. As mentioned in datasheet "With battery charging is enabled (CHG_CONFIG bit = 1 and CE pin is low), the device autonomously completes a charging cycle without host involvement."   

 I have set Charge voltage limit =4.208V and Termination current limit to 64mA.  In screen it can been seen that Charge current is 0mA  but charge state is shown as "FAST CHARGING".I am not seeing as Charge Termination Done. Why Charge is not terminated?

I have tried more than thrice time but still it never shows Charge Termination Done for above configuration.Please find screen shot below.

2. If autonomous charging needs to be disable then how to do and how to control manual battery charging process.

3. I have another use case where i have set Charge voltage limit to 4.048V and termination current to 384mA but Charger current is 0mA and battery charging process is not terminated .Can you please tell what should be output?Whether it should or not terminate charge.

4. Do you have other tool where i can record this data into computer.
