Dear team,

a customer of mine is interested in the TLC59731. He would need more information about the protocol (single wire interface).

Do you have some app notes or user guides?

Also, could you please give more information about the speed limits of the interface protocol? From the datasheet, writing for tcycle a bit costs for which is between 1.66us and 50us. If I need to write 32 bits to N devices, do I need to multiply it with 32 and N to calculate time constraints?

Could you please advice?

Hi Massimiliano,

Sorry, we have no application note for TLC59731.

Total time for wirting 32 bits to N devices: T_total=32 × tcycle × N + 31 × tH0 + tH1.

As you have known, tcycle=1.66~50us.

Please download the latest versin datasheet of TLC59731, we updated itlast week.
