Dear all,

one of my customer is using the BQ24166RGET and the BQ27520-G4 in his application. Can you suggest a test procedure (not functional test) to understand if the devices are well mounted and alive on the board ? All the pin are accessible and there is a chance to supply the parts and connects small loads.

For bq24166, I suggest following the EVM user's guide. It gives the step for a functional test but in order to confirm that the IC's power pad has soldered down correctly, you need to turn on the IC and have it output moderate current levels (like 1A).
