Customer used TPS2541.

Please help for the questions.

1. Can TPS2541 support higher current to 1.5A by changing Rlim resistor under SDP mode(0.5A)?

    You could set ILIM_SEL = HI to set the switch current limit to the ILIM_HI resistor. But, if the CTLx pins are advertising SDP to the portable device then the portable device should not try to pull more than 500mA and this would defeat the purpose of setting ILIM_SEL = HI with an SDP setting of the CTLx pins.

    Not sure what you are trying to do.
