Here is a kind of diode model in Tina. I'm confused that:

1) what is the meaning of IBV? Is it the current when the diode is applied to the reverse volage BV?

2) what is the meaning of VR? Actually there is already a parameter above, BV, and do they have a relation? But I find all diodes have the same VR, IZ, IF and PD. Why?

Re question 1). I believe that IBV is the reverse current when the breakdown voltage is applied to the diode.
The modelling team will have to answer question 2.
