The same the TPS709 SPEC, but EN pin need over 24V

I have moved your post to the Linear Regulators forum. I do not know of a part that will allow 24V on the Enable pin. Perhaps they can make a suggestion.

Britt is correct, we do not currently have a version of TPS709 where you can drive EN with greater than 6.5V. If you are intending to use TPS709 in an "always on" configuration, please note that due to the internal pullup on EN, you can simply float the EN pin. Otherwise you could drive EN using a supervisor or a resistor divider calculated to keep less than 6.5V on the EN pin at all times.
