Hello,

In the LM5069_Design_Calculator_REV_B spreadsheet (www.ti.com/.../snvu050), how shall I fill in MOSFET section for transistor IRFS4310ZTRLPBF.

I don't know how to read transistor datasheet to fill in lines 40 to 44.

Can you help me?

    Each video is broken out to explain exactly how to enter each cell within the tool. Please check them out and let us know if they helped you with the tool or if you have additional questions.

    We greatly appreciate your feedback and thanks for considering the LM5069 for your upcoming design.

    Also we have an application note at www.ti.com/hotswap --> "Technical Documents" --> "Robust Hot Swap Design".

    This app note explains the equations and methodology to create a very safe design. It uses the LM5066I as an example, which is very similar to the LM5069. It may be a great resource to follow.
