Hi Team,

Could you help with the question below?

I have a question regarding JTAG in TPS65920:

What's the purpose of each of the TEST pins in the PMIC?

 

TEST1, TEST2, TEST3....

 

So many test pins… none has detailed description in the DS.

 

Which TEST pin is it and what is the truth table PU/PD?
