TPS7A85EVM-754: Internal resistor across feedback and Vout pins?

Hi Support,

Am testing the eval kit using the feedback resistors to configure the output voltage.
But when I measure the R3 location (no component mounted) on the eval kit, there is a 12.4K ohm resistance across it.
Does the chip come with an internal 12.4K resistor across the VOUT and FB pins?
