TPS62239, Efficiency data

Dear Specialists,

My customer is interested in TPS62239.

So he wants to know an efficiency data.

It can't be used for WEBENCH.

I confirmed Switcher Pro, but efficiency is around 60%, it is quite low.( please see attached file)

I think it would be more better, because the similar device(TPS622311) is around 80% by the datasheet.

Could you please advise me.

I am happy to get the data like Figure 6. of the TPS6223xx datasheet (SLVS941F)

The efficiency will be similar to figure 8 but a little lower due to the lower Vout. Figure 6 uses a lower frequency device.

The efficiency depends on the choice of inductor, as well, so it is best to measure it on the EVM with your chosen inductor.

The efficiency of TPS62239 is little bit lower than Figure 8.

In this case, the result of switcher pro is unreliable.
