Problem with chemID 1282 for INR18650-20R, BQ34z100-G1

Hello,

I am working with 7S2P Battery Pack on SDI INR18650-20R cells using BQ34z100-G1 and have problem with it.

Steps that I made: calibration, capacity settings, termination voltage and chemistry 1282 for INR18650-20R. Also I update all chemistry and it says that I have '528 version'. Then reset and I started discharging.

When battery pack is discharging and the SOC drops to around 50-60% (voltage ca. 25.2V), suddenly the SOC is pull down to 0%. I check many others chemistries for other high current cells i.e. INR18650-25R (chemID: 2068) or UR18650RX (chemID: 2014) and there is no problem with them. So, for me it look like there is problem with chemID 1282 for INR18650-20R. Could you advise please?
