    Hi Rohit,

    What BUS voltage do you intend to run the H bridge from ?

    We have the UCC27714 which is a 600V rate 1/2 bridge driver. There is an EVM available and it used the UCC28950 phase shifted full bridge controller with two UCC27714 drivers to provide the gate drive voltage to the H Bridge mosfets.

    The HPDS product line also has a number of 100V and 200V 1/2 bridge drivers for use in lower voltage applications, such as LM5100, UCC27210,
