Does TPS51921X have a function of suppressing the surge current at power-on?

Hi there,

We want to know if TPS51921X or other efuses of TI has a function of suppressing the surge current at power-on. We want to select a efuse to suppress the surge current of power supply when we power on the board, especially for the first spike. Could you recommend a proper device?
