TPS61175 Boost sleep and wake mode

Hello 

I am thinking of using tps61175 as a boost converter taking Vin from Lithium battery 3.6V and give at the output 30mA maximum current @13V.

This configuration was given by web bench as the best solution for my application. In my application I want also to power up and power off the device (tps61175) by a GPIO of a uC. Electrical characteristics of GPIOs are 

Where VDD = 3.3V

Low Schmitt switching threshold 0.3 x VDD
High Schmitt switching threshold 0.7 x VDD
Input pull-up resistor value 40 k
Input pull-down resistor value 40 k
Output voltage for logic 0 0.05 x VDD
Output voltage for logic 1 0.95 x VDD
Output source current 6 mA
Output sink current 6 mA

Is it possible to connect GPIO direct to Enable pin of tps61175 or do I have to put a switch circuit  before the Enable pin
