I have a question about temperature detection.

The temperature is detected inside of package.

And there is a two part which are controller and MOSFET (high side , low side) in package.

Which part the temperature is detected actually?

The MOSFET part is generated the temperature mostly.

Our customer is concerned what is the SOA data on the datasheet shown actually.

Could you follow this?
I understand this may be difficult to answer.
However I would like to know the part which is the temperature measured at inside of package so that I have some issue about OCP and TSD.

I am pretty sure that the FETs are just that. Any OTP would be on the controller. I'll ask about it though.

Do you mean that the thermal sensor (or whatever ) for TSD is at FET side?
