Dear Sir,

May I confirm the specification of this two part TLC59116-Q1 / tlc5927-q1? 

1.TLC59116-Q1:

Can it be adjusted  the  current gain of each Individual channel ?

How to control the LED Brightness? by LED pulse cycle ? or current?

2. tlc5927-q1:

Can it be adjusted  the  current gain of each Individual channel ?

    Hi,

    For the TLC59116-Q1, you can change the PWM duty cycle to change the brightness of each individual channel. This will also change the average current.

    For the TLC5927-Q1, you would also have to use PWM duty cycle to change the brightness of each individual channel.

    The difference is that the TLC59116-Q1 allows you to change a register for the duty cycle. The TLC5927-Q1 will do it manually using the shift register.
