Hi,

What you mean by switching noise in a DC /DC converter. Is that the noise generated in the mosfet due to its turn on and turn off.

Hi Hari,

Switching noise is generated in the form of EMI whenever large current changes are present. As the SMPS enables and disables the high side and low side FETs, they experience large di/dt and hence radiate some EMI.
