Description of the problem: thermal resistance information on LMS1585AIS-3.3/NOPB.
Datasheet doesn't have the value of thermal resistance junction to ambient.

    For all versions of LMS1585A and LMS1587 in the TO-263 / KTT / 3-pin package (1):

         RθJA-High K = 40.4˚C/W (2)
         RθJC, top = 42.7˚C/W
         RθJB = 23.0˚C/W
         Psi JT = 9.8˚C/W
         Psi JB = 22.0˚C/W
         RθJC, bottom  = 0.5˚C/W
