Hi Tom & team -- I've been on this topic before but it's been a while, and I am perplexed that across 3 bq34z100G1-EVM boards bqStudio comes up with the attached screenshot -- of note the state denoted by [RUP_DIS] + [VOK] + [QEN].
I am unable to perform any optimization cycling on these as the chip(s) somehow think they are already in IT-learning mode.
We have replaced the bq ic on one of the EVM's it came up with default settings and V16 firmware, but yet it shows exactly the same condition at these bits. I set the parameters and calibrated the voltage, current, and board but these bits do not change even though the parameters and post-calibration values update.
What could be causing this? Is it the bqStudio software or something else I'm missing.
