Is BQ25010RHLR capable to charge multi-cell LiPos?

Hi, my name is David.

I'm thinking to use BQ25010RHLR. I use a 3.7~4.2V LiPo battery and I want to charge this with a Micro-B USB cable.

I was using 4000mAh single cell LiPo battery. However, I have to chage the battery to a multi-cell 10,400mAh LiPo battery.

In the BQ25010RHLR 's datasheet, it says that

"The integrated low-power high-efficiency dc-dc converter is designed to operate directly from a single-cell Li-Ion or Li-Pol battery pack."

Then is it possible to charge my multi-cell battery with BQ25010RHLR  when I replace the battery?

If not possible, what alternative IC are existing?

-Best regards, David
