I am using a TPS75005RGWT to power a TMS320F2833 processor (see circuit below). The voltage monitor is set at 4V. In general the circuit works fine.
The problem is when there is a brief ( ~10us) glitch on the 5V input sagging slightly below 4 volts, PG goes low and latches in that state. BTW, the 1.8V and 3.3V are not effected in any way.
I am OK with PG going low during the input glitch, but why does PG latch low, and more importantly how can I configure the TPS75005 so PG returns high after a glitch. Presently input power must be cycled to restore the PG.
