our product charger tree: Solar power --- BQ25570---- Battery.
USB ----BQ25120 ----Battery.

the phenomenon is： when Battery is totally power off. we use Solar power to slowly ramp up the battery. but when Battery is even above 3.3V,
the BQ25120 SYS output 1.8V still doesn't output.
when triger MR or plug in USB, SYS outputs 1.8V.
but i use a DC POWER to simulate the battery(slowly increase the voltage) , the phenomenon seems not appear( try 20+ times).
Question: 1, the BQ25120 seems very likely to enter the SHIP MODE(refer to BQ25120 datasheet about ship mode).
but the 1.8V is to supply the MCU, if 1.8V doesn't output, the MCU doesn't have chance to control the BQ25120 to enter ship mode.
So, if there is chance to let BQ25120 enter ship mode without MCU control?
2, besides SHIP MODE, what maybe the reason?
