i am having a bit of trouble communicating with the EMB1428Q.
So far:
12V, 5V and Vstack is supplied. Done, Dir_rt and RST is held low.
No response from the IC when sending any type of command. The expected outout would be some sort of errorcode, since there is no real control implemented yet to respond to Dir or Interrupt signals, but no response is comming from the IC.
An oscilloscope has been attached to the systems for monitoring signals to/from inputs and outputs. nCS, CLK and SDI signals are behaving as expected, but nothing is comming from the IC.
What has been noticed is that when the RST is held high, SDO is low (as expected). When RST is then low, the output of SDO go high when the IC is asserted, and stay high even though it is de-asserted.
Also, i have tried to set the fault inputs F[2:0] jsut to get a response, but not even the FAULT_INT is set.
Question is, what do i do now. Is there some pin setting or code that can be written to force an output or just some sign that the IC is alive?
