    Hey Avinash, 

    Are you measuring this on a Multimeter or an Oscilloscope?

    What point on the chip are you measuring? The BAT pin?

    Do you have a waveform you can share of the BAT pin? 

    Have you taken a reading of the register settings while is this occuring?
