One of our customer made power supply using LM3671 MF-1.25 with similar PCB layout with layout example drawn in LM3671 datasheet. The input voltage of the power supply is 3.3V and output voltage is 1.25V. The power supply is working well. But they found SW node overshoot and undershoot exceed the absolute maximum when they checked each terminal waveform. SW node absolute maximum is GND-0.2V as the minimum and VIN+0.2V as the maximum. The waveform is the follow. (The over and undershoot pulse width is less than about 8ns.)
Could you give me any comment whether it is critical or not? The customer want to get just comment not for any guarantee.
